Bread pudding with sauce
1. Heat the milk, chocolate and margarine in large sauce pan until melted.
2. Put bread in large mixing bowl.
3. Add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla to chocolate and mix well. Pour chocolate mixture over bread.
4. Pour into greased casserole dish. Place casserole into a pan with I inch hot water pion rack in 359 degrees F oven.
5. Bake 1 hour. Serve warm with hard sauce.
