Pork Pot Stickers
In a bowl, combine pork, chives, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons of water.
Place a spoonful of pork mixture in center of wonton wrapper. Lightly wet the edge of wrapper. Fold and seal wrapper by pressing with fingers.
In batches, cook dumplings in a large pot of boiling water until cooked through. Approximately 4 minutes. Transfer to plate with a slotted spoon. In a large non-stick skillet heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cook until browned. Approximately 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Serve with Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce
