2. Combine beaten egg, orange juice, lemon juice, and shortening
3. Add liquids to dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
5. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
