Suggest a better descriptionTopping: 1c butter softened, 1c brown sugar. 2 tbsp flour. 1 tbsp cinnamon.
Glaze: 2c powder sugar. 6 or 7 tbsp milk. 1 tsp vanilla. (Glaze should be runny)
Mix everything together except butter.
Slowly stir in melted butter and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
The topping. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Drop evenly over batter and swirl with a knife. Bale at 350 for 28 to 32 mins.
While warm drizzle glaze over cake.
