Confetti Pasta Salad

| 1 Clovegarlic; Pressed |
| 1/2 cItalian salad dressing |
| Chopped |
| 1 tsHot sauce; optional |
| 1 cBroccoli; coarsely chopped |
| 1 cCauliflower; coarsely chopped |
| 2 smCarrots; scored and coarsely chopped |
| 1 pkRefrigerated tortellini |
| 2 tbGreen onions; sliced |
| Pasta; cooked and drained |
| Chopped |
| 2 ozParmesan cheese; grated |
Confetti Pasta Salad Preparation
Chop broccoli and cauliflower with Food Chopper. Score carrots with Lemon Zester/Scorer; slice using Grater-Slicer. Slice onion with 5-inch Self Sharpening Utility Knife. Pressgarlic with Garlic Press. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese in Classi c 2-Quart Batter Bowl. Grate cheese over salad with Cheese Grater.
