Confetti Pasta Salad
|1 Clovegarlic; Pressed|
|1/2 cItalian salad dressing|
|1 tsHot sauce; optional|
|1 cBroccoli; coarsely chopped|
|1 cCauliflower; coarsely chopped|
|2 smCarrots; scored and coarsely chopped|
|1 pkRefrigerated tortellini|
|2 tbGreen onions; sliced|
|Pasta; cooked and drained|
|2 ozParmesan cheese; grated|
Confetti Pasta Salad Preparation
Chop broccoli and cauliflower with Food Chopper. Score carrots with Lemon Zester/Scorer; slice using Grater-Slicer. Slice onion with 5-inch Self Sharpening Utility Knife. Pressgarlic with Garlic Press. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese in Classi c 2-Quart Batter Bowl. Grate cheese over salad with Cheese Grater.
