Taken from "Cuisine At Home" Issue 101, Oct. 2013. Absolutely delicious and incredibly simple. The perfect side for just about any dish.
Cook 8 cups broccoli florets with 1/2 cup water, 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic, and 1 tsp. kosher salt in a large saute pan over medium heat, covered, until water evaporates, 6-8 minutes. Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped, oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes and 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato oil. Season with broccoli with salt and black pepper.
