1 tbDry mustard
3/4 cSugar
2 lbCarrots; sliced and cooked
1/4 cVinegar
1 Green pepper
1 tbWorchesteshire sauce
1/4 tsPepper
1 Onion
1/2 cVegetable oil
1/2 tsSalt
1 cnTomato soup

Copper Pennies Preparation

drain carrots and put in large bowl. Saute 1 onion and 1 green pepper in 1/2 cup oil until soft. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil, simmer until blened. Pour over carrots and mix well.
