Cut roast into small cubes
In a plastic storage bag mix beef cubes with flour. Coat all cubes.
Brown beef cubes in frying pan with olive oil.
Add beef and all ingredients into large stock pot.
Add1-2 bay leaves
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 12 hrs. Stir occasionally.
