Suggest a better descriptionPoke the potatoes with a fork and boil 15 minutes or until almost done. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk olive oil and mustard together. Add onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to mixture and stir. Quarter potatoes and toss gently in mixture and stir. Grill over medium heat until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and toss in sauce again. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
