Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 cFresh Corn Kernels
1/2 tsSalt
1 slBacon, Cooked Until Crisp,
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 cFlour
1 tbGreen Onion, Chopped Very
1/8 tsPepper

Corn Fritters Preparation

Preheat the oil in the deep fryer. Combine the corn with the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, crumbled bacon and green onion in a medium bowl. Carefully drop by the tablespoonfull into the hot oil.
