Ha eggeplommene, finhakket hvitløk og sennep i en bolle og rør sammen. Hell oljen oppi eggeblandingen i en tynn stråle mens du visper hele tiden. Ha først i ca halvparten av oljen og tilsett deretter 1-2 ss sitronsaft og bland godt.
Spe inn resten av oljen på samme måte. Dersom majonesen blir for tykk kan du tilsette litt vann og røre godt sammen. Smak til med salt og hvit pepper.
