Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3/4 cmilk
3 Eggs; beaten
1 tsSalt
1/2 cLight cream or half & half
1 12 Ounces Wh corn
1 tbSugar
3 tbFlour
3 tbButter

Corn Souffle Preparation

Lightly grease 1 quart casserole. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook until smooth and thick. Stir in corn, then eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 24, 1998
