1 tbOil; preferrably sesame oil
2 cWhite flour
2 tsYeast
1/2 cCornmeal
3/4 cMedium rye flour
1 tbGluten; (optional)
1 tbHoney
1 tsSalt
FOR 1.5 POUND LOAF
1 1/4 cBeer; or cider

Corn-Rye Bread for Bread Machine Preparation
