"Took longer than 35 minutes to cook, probably because I only realized it called for thawed potatoes. Tried thawing in microwave, but it wasn't enough. Ended up taking more cooking time. Will make again soon and post accurate time. "

This was fantastic and extremely easy to make, It had a great flavor, thinking of adding diced ham and bell pepper to make it the entree instead of the side.

Luckily there was a recipe on the back of the hash browns that let me know to thaw them prior to making. I also added 1/4 cup of milk and extra cheese. Was delicious and will make again.
