Original recipe makes 10 Servings
2 cWater; boiling
1 pkGelatin powder; cranberry-8
1 1/2 cGinger ale; or 7-Up
2 cSeedless grapes; red and/or
11 ozMandarin oranges in juice;

Cranberry Fruit Mold Preparation

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. (spoon drawn through leaves definate impression. Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Dip mold in warm water for abuot 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold andplage; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
