| 1 cWalnuts or pecans |
| 2 cWhole wheat pastry flour |
| 1/2 cBrown sugar |
| 3/4 cOrange juice |
| 1/4 cButter; melted (or oil) |
| 1 1/2 tsBaking Powder |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1 1/2 cCranberries |
Cranberry Nut Bread Preparation
From: selenev@cats.ucsc.edu (Selene Vega) Date: 22 Nov 1993 07:15:20 GMT Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix eggs, orange juice & butter and add to dry ingredients. Chop cranberries and nuts and stir in. Pour into greased 5" x 9" loaf pan or 4 2 1/2" x 5" loaf pans. Bake at 350{ for 35 - 40 min.
