Cranberry Orange Muffins #1
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 12 Servings
| 1/3 cVegetable oil |
| 1 cmilk |
| 1 cFlour |
| 1/3 cLight brown sugar; firmly |
| 1 tsOrange Peel; Grated |
| 1 tbBaking Powder |
| 1 Egg |
| 2 tbSugar |
| 1/2 tsGround cinnamon |
| 1 cCranberries |
| 2 1/2 cPost raisin bran |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
Cranberry Orange Muffins #1 Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand about 3 minutes; stir will. Stir in egg, oil and peel. Add to flour mixture; mix just enough to moisten flour. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling each cup 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
