| 1/4 cVegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 tsBaking Powder |
| 1 cCranberries |
| 1 Egg |
| 1 1/2 tsBaking soda |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 3/4 cOrange juice concentrate |
Cranberry-Orange Loaf Preparation
Coarsely chop cranberries. Mix dry ingredients, stir in cranberries. Mix liquids together, then add to dry, beat for about a half minute (batter will be lumpy). Greased loaf pan. 350 degrees for 60 - 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
