Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/8 tsWhite pepper
1 cCottage cheese
2 cWhole Milk
1/2 tsSalt; if desired
1 cOnion; finely chopped
1 pk(10 oz.) chopped broccoli
2 cCelery; chopped
1 cn(10-3/4 oz.) cream of

Cream of Broccoli and Cheese Soup Preparation

Cook celery, onion and broccoli in 2-1/2 qt. covered casserole in microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Set aside. Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor until very smooth;slowly add milk while continuing to blend. Add chicken soup to cheese/milk, mixture; blend; add mixture to cooked, undrained vegetables. Microwave on HIGH until heated through (about 3 minutes) without boiling. Add salt, pepper.
