Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1 smHead cauliflower; broken
1 lgOnion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; chopped
2 cChicken Stock
1 Bay leaf; crushed
1/4 cHeavy cream
Salt and white pepper to
1 dsCayenne pepper

Cream of Cauliflower Soup #2 Preparation

Cook all ingredients, except cream, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth, adding cream. Serve hot.
