RIVAL CROCKPOT COOKING
1 lbDried Lentils
1 cHeavy cream
1 mdCarrot; pared and chopped
1 lg stalkcelery; chopped
Salt
3 cWater
1 mdOnion; chopped
1 Garlic; minced
Pepper

Cream of Lentil Soup Preparation

Soak beans in 6 cups of water overnight; drain. Put beans, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and water to Crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in cream; add salt and pepper to taste.
