Original recipe makes 1
4 1/2 ozdried beef; rinsed
1/2 tsWorchershire sauce
1/4 cButter
1/4 cFlour
Chopped
2 cmilk

Creamed Chipped Beef Preparation

Separate & rinse contents of beef under warm running water for 15 seconds to remove excess salt. Cut beef into bite size pieces. In a saucepan, cook beef in 1/4 cup butter over low heat for 3 minutes. Thoroughly mix in 1/4 cup flour. Add milk & sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened.
