Original recipe makes 4
1/2 tsSalt
1/4 cFlour
1/4 cButter
1 cnCream Of Chicken Soup
1/4 cPimento; chopped
2 tbOnion; chopped
1 1/2 cTurkey; cooked & diced
1 cHalf and half
1 dashWhite Wine; Or Sherry
1/8 tsPepper
1 cChicken broth; Or Turkey Broth
1/4 cGreen Bell Pepper; chopped
1 4-oz canMushrooms; drained

Creamed Turkey Preparation

Saute mushrooms, onion, and green pepper in butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in broth and cream. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add turkey and pimiento. Continue cooking until meat is heated. Serve hot with rice or in patty shells.
