Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Poultry - Chicken

Easy creamy chicken breasts, with swiss cheese.

"I'm not sure where she acquired this recipe originally, but my mother-in-law has made this recipe for years. She has altered it a little a bit from the original. She substitutes water for the White Wine. Also we use dried bread crumbs instead of the stuffing (reduces salt) and adds 1/8 teaspoon sage and 1/2 teaspons of instant minced onions.

This is a very easy recipe that you can throw together, put it in the oven and forget about it until the buzzer goes off! And very delicious!" - AndreaWil

Yum! It was easy to make my only suggestion is baking it for less time. It was still juicy, but borderline if we did it any longer. Normally when I bake in my oven I only do it for about 30-35 mins so I'll try that next time.

Family potluck and everyone loved it!! I used filleted chicken breasts and instead of cream of chicken and stuffing I used cream of mushroom and plain bread crumbs. Great and easy, just perfect!!

Very moist chicken!! Everyone loved it! The only thing I think I would change is to make the stuffing(just dryer than the box says) I didn't care for the crunchy stuffing....otherwise great recipe

I made this tonight for my mom's birthday and my entire family LOVED it!!! The chicken was so moist and tender. People actually scraped the dish clean since they liked the sauce so much. Definitely making it again!
