1 Envelope Lipton golden onion
1/2 cLight cream or evaporated
3/4 cCheddar cheese; shredded
3 cWater
3 cCauliflower flowerets
Chopped
Soup mix
1/4 tsPepper
1 Stalk celery - -- coarsely
Skim milk

Creamy Cauliflower Au Gratin Soup Preparation

In medium saucepan, thoroughly blend golden onion soup mix with water. Add cauliflowerets and celery. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, striing occasionally, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In food processor or blender, puree hot soup mixture, then return to saucepan.
