Awesome treat!
Have the chocolate at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 300*, and place the crackers on a greased foil lined cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil in a medium sized sauce pan, stirring constantly; cook, stirring often for 3 full minutes.
Carefully, spread the hot mixture onto the crackers.
Bake for 5 minutes. Turn the oven off, and sprinkle the chocolate onto the crackers, and let stand in the oven for 3 full minutes. Spread the morsels on the top of the crackers to make an even coating, and top with sprinkles.
Cool, and break into pieces.
