Iced Coffee

Recipes »  Drinks  »  Coffee

Iced coffee is a great way to use up extra coffee. If you brew a pot of coffee in the morning, but often have extra, it's a great idea to refrigerate unused coffee in a thermos in the fridge, and then make iced coffee to enjoy as an afternoon refreshment. Use milk, whole milk, or even a bit of half and half as a rich treat.

"Love this idea. I always make too much coffee, so this works perfectly! I've been making this for a few weeks now, and have recently started to just mix it all together at once and store in the fridge (instead of just storing the coffee by itself). Also, I use Stevia instead of sugar.

Instead of milk, use half & half or heavy whipping cream (not too much). It's so much better than using milk.

You can also freeze left over coffee in ice cube trays and use those instead of ice cube. Help not water down your ice coffee!!!
