1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1 c Marshmallow Fluff
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small package lime jello
3 oz Cream cheese
1 c Whipped cream

Original recipe makes 1



Mix together cream cheese and crushed pineapple; set aside. Mix together 1 box lime jello, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff; stir until fluff is almost completely dissolved. Add cream cheese and pineapple mixture; stir well. Pour into mold. When mixture is partially set, mix together whipped cream and pecans; blend into mold. Allow mix to set. Helpful Hint: When removing from mold, place mold in warm water for approximately 2 minutes. Then invert and remove. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 366 by "Karen Coe" on Dec 13, 1997
