Suggest a better descriptionProcess chickpeas, lemon zest, lemon juice, cumin, cilantro, egg, and salt & pepper.
Pour in bowl and add breadcrumbs (or quinoa flakes), and diced onion. Form into burgers, roll in breadcrumbs (or quinoa flakes), and chill for 10+ minutes.
Fry in olive oil for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with slices of tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Dollop with chili sauce and top with cilantro leaves.
