Crispy Chicken Tenders Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and shake off excess. Shake a few chicken pieces in the bag at a time, coating well. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 in. of oil over high heat; brown chicken on all sides. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add more spices with a zing. Not necessarily a favorite yet, but it could become one if I do it right. Im making this one tonight: * From the Polka Dot Cottage, 1-201-822-3627, NJs BBS for Homemakers! Posted by LISA on 12-02-95 Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #710 by Lisa Clarke on Aug 1, 97

This recipe was very good. Believe I would add some zip to it like cayenne pepper though.

I used a garlic and herb seasoning and added a quarter cup of corn meal. Everyone loved them! Quick easy meal.

Instead of cooking in the oil the whole time, I brown the tenders and then bake them at 375 for 20-25 minutes...delicious!!!
