Based on the reduced-fat recipe for biscuits in the Joy of Cooking. Low fat with extra fiber from the whole wheat, they come out fluffy and tasty. Weight Watchers Points Plus value; 1PP per biscuit.
Pre-heat oven to 425*. Whisk dry ingredients together, cut in butter thoroughly. Add milk and mix until dough forms. All of this can be done in a food processor. Grease muffin pan and drop dough by 1/4C into cups. Bake 12 minutes until lightly golden.
