1 cSour cream
1 cOnion; chopped
2 cnCream of mushroom soup
1/2 cWater
1 1/2 lbRound steak
4 tbMargarine
1 tsPaprika

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff Preparation

Cube round steak. Put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour then low 4 to 6 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 392 by James and Susan Kirkland on Dec 21, 1997
