Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cCarrots cut into 1/2 inch
1 tbPrepared mustard
2 cOnions; chopped
2 tbVegetable oil
1 tsBlack Pepper; ground
1/4 cBrown Sugar; firmly packed
1 tsSalt
2 cSliced celery cut into 1/2
1/2 cLight corn syrup
2 tsPaprika
2 tbChili powder
2 lbRound Steak cut into 1 inch
1 cnTomato sauce, (15 oz)
1/2 cCider (or white) vinegar

Crock-Pot Sweet Sour Stew Preparation

In a large skillet, heat the oil and cook meat, just until browned (about 4 to 5 minutes). Place in the Crock Pot, along with all the rest of the stuff. Mix well, cover and cook on high until the meat is tender, about 4 hours. Serve in bowls and top with a spoon full of Sour Cream. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #503 by Steph Hilt on Mar 07, 1997.
