|2 cCarrots cut into 1/2 inch|
|1 tbPrepared mustard|
|2 cOnions; chopped|
|2 tbVegetable oil|
|1 tsBlack Pepper; ground|
|1/4 cBrown Sugar; firmly packed|
|2 cSliced celery cut into 1/2|
|1/2 cLight corn syrup|
|2 tbChili powder|
|2 lbRound Steak cut into 1 inch|
|1 cnTomato sauce, (15 oz)|
|1/2 cCider (or white) vinegar|
Crock-Pot Sweet Sour Stew Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the oil and cook meat, just until browned (about 4 to 5 minutes). Place in the Crock Pot, along with all the rest of the stuff.
