Prepare your vegetables. Place in the following order: carrots then potatos and then your Pork Roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast. Slow-cook on slow for about 10 hours. chanwats 3 years agocooked in only 5 hrs. added carrots last 2 hrs. put in meat probe so I didn't over cook. juicy but bland so need to make with sauce or season meat next time. going to serve with sauted apples tonight.

Cyrano 7 years agoI made this but placed carrots in crock pot during the last hour so as not to over cook them. It was quite good.
