Servings
Original recipe makes 1
6 cWhole milk; (or 5 cups skim)
You can also add things like
1 cWhite rice; (arborio rice)
3/4 cSugar
2 stickscinnamon

Crockpot Rice Pudding Preparation

Add these all to the crockpot and cook for 2 hours or until rice is tender. You should stir it occasionally and keep an eye on the pot so that it doesnt bubble up towards the end of its cooking time. Other than that it is foolproof! Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract when you turn off the heat. Posted to EAT-L Digest by Stephanie Miles on Dec 23, 1997
