1/4 tsNutmeg
1/8 tsPepper
1/2 tsSalt
1/4 tsCinnamon
24 CABBAGE LEAVES
3/4 cWater
6 ozCAN TOMATO PASTE
2 Garlic; minced
1 cOnions; chopped
1 lbLean ground beef
1/2 cMINUTE RICE
1/4 tsLEAF THYME

Crockpot Stuffed Cabbage Preparation

WASH CABBAGE LEAVES. BOIL 4 CUPS WATER. TURN HEAT OFF. SOAK LEAVES IN WATER FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE, DRAIN AND COOL. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENT EXCEPT TOMATO PASTE AND WATER. PLACE 2 TBSP OF MIXTURE ON EACH LEAF AND ROLL FIRMLY. STACK IN CROCKPOT. COMBINE TOMATO PASTE AND WATER AND POUR OVER STUFFED CABBAGE.
