Anyone with a sweet-tooth will love this delicious white chocolate brownie dessert, topped with chocolate sauce, ice cream and cool whip!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter in a saucepan on low. Gradually mix in 1/2 the bag of white chocolate chips with the butter and melt (low heat). Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs. Slowly add the melted butter, flour, vanilla extract & salt. Continue to beat until thick, creamy & clump-free.
Scoop batter into a greased baking pan and sprinkle in the remaining white chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
