1 tbCider vinegar
1/4 tsPepper
1/4 cSour cream
1 cOnion Rings; thin sliced
1 tbWater
1/2 tsSalt
2 Cucumbers; sliced (see note*)
2 tbFresh Dill; finely chopped

Cucumbers in Sour Cream with Fresh Dill Preparation

Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.
