Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1/8 tsPepper
1 tsHoney
1/8 tsSalt
2 cLoosely packed torn curly
1/2 tsExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cSeedless red grapes, halved
1/4 tsDijon mustard
1 tbRed wine vinegar
4 tsCrumbled blue cheese
2 tsWater

Curly Endive-And-Grape Salad Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Combine endive and grapes in a medium bowl. Add vinegar mixture, and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
