Pork with Pears, Thyme and Honey Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over Medium-High heat. Cook pork for 2 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove to a plate and keep warm. Add pears, green onions, honey and thyme to the skillet. Cook and stir for 3 minutes, or until pears are softened. In bowl, combine stock, vinegar, cornstarch, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to the skillet. Cook, stirring for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Return pork to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serves 4.
