1. Saute onions and garlic in Olive Oil for 6-8 minutes, then add Sausage
2. Turn broiler on to high and broil tomatoes in 1 tsp olive oil about 5-10 min, until skin browned and cracking
3. Boil pasta in salted water then drain.
4. Add onion/garlic/sausage mixture and tomatoes to pasta, stir together well.
5. Add spinach, basil, parmesan, salt and pepper.
