Suggest a better descriptionCombine butter and rice in a 2-quart casserole. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring twice. Add chicken broth, salsa and Bijol. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Reduce power to MEDIUM and microwave for 14 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
