1 sm Shallot; chopped
3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ts Fresh parsley; chopped
1 Sprig fresh rosemary; Chopped
6 oz Portabella mushrooms
1 clove Garlic; minced
white pepper; Fresh ground
Juice of 2 limes

Season the mushrooms with salt, white pepper and olive oil to taste and grill over high heat 4 minutes, until soft. Let cool. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate at least one hour in the mixture.
