| 1 tbUnsweetened cocoa |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1 pkYeast |
| 2 tbVegetable oil |
| 1 tbAnise seeds |
| 1 1/4 cwhite bread flour |
| 3/4 cRye flour |
| 2 Egg whites; or 1 egg |

Set breadmakers browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
