2. Add corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese evenly across the wrap.
3. Roll up and grill seam side down so it doesn’t unwrap until tortilla is crispy, meat is warmed and cheese is melted.
4. Cut on a bias, which is just a fancy term for cut in half at an angle.
You can use anything as the wrap, such as flavored tortillas, lavash or pita bread.
