Debs Turkey Burger
| 1/2 Inch fresh ginger, finely |
| 1 bnSliced scallions, white and |
| 2 lbGround turkey, 97% lean or |
| Ground pepper |
| Kosher salt |
Debs Turkey Burger Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties and grill on a grill pan or in a teflon skillet. If using a skillet, deglaze with a tablespoon of soy sauce as needed-do not add oil. Serve on bolos levedos(Portugese bread) with lettuce, tomato and jalapeno aioli.
