This receipe is a little chicken,penne,spinach,and gorganzola cheese,heavy cream, milk and corn starch.
Cook your paste to a litytle less than al dente, Rinse well,set aside and cool well.In a large pot heat your heavy cream and milk together until it just starts to come to a rolling boil,careful not to scorch! and your salt and bring down to a simmer season your chicken with salt,pepper,garlic,oil,and little balsamic vinegar.let marinate for 15 minutes..Cook your chicken at about 300* for about 20 minutes.Cool. Then shave through a machine or chop fine if you don`t have any type of cutter.Take your mixture from the stove warm mix altoghterwith a large spoon,put into round or square pans to about 1" from top cover and bake for about 30 minutes.Remove cover top with a cup of chesse mix turn oven up to 400* and bake another 10 minutes until very brown and crusty.Ten baste the top wth butter and serve.
