| 2 Eggs; beaten |
| 1 1/2 cFlour |
| 2 tbGranulated Sugar Replacement |
| 3 ozUnsweetened Chocolate; |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1/2 tsBaking Powder |
| 1/2 cShortening; soft |
Diabetic Brownies Preparation
Combine all ingredients and beat vigorously until well blended. Spread mixture into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares. Microwave: Cook on Medium for 8 to 10 minutes, or until puffed and dry on top. Cut into 2 inch squares.
