Original recipe makes 16
1 tsVanilla extract
2 Eggs; beaten
1 1/2 cFlour
2 tbGranulated Sugar Replacement
3 ozUnsweetened Chocolate;
1/2 tsSalt
1/2 tsBaking Powder
1/2 cShortening; soft

Diabetic Brownies Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat vigorously until well blended. Spread mixture into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares. Microwave: Cook on Medium for 8 to 10 minutes, or until puffed and dry on top. Cut into 2 inch squares. these brownies came out horrible. they were extremely dry and crumbly. this recipe definitely needs some revision.
