Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cLight shredded cheddar
1 ptSour half and half
2 tsSalt
1/2 cOnions; grated
1 cn(10 3/4 oz) Healthy Request
1 tsPepper
1 cCorn flakes
2 lbFrozen shredded hash brown

Hash Brown Casserole Preparation

Mix potatoes, cheese, sour half and half, salt, onion, soup and pepper/ Put into a 2 qt casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and spray with I Cant Believe Its Not Butter spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 20 mins. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by Deb on Aug 20, 1998,
