1 tbDijon mustard
1/2 lbVelveeta cheese; cubed
1/4 cmilk
2 tbMargarine
6 French bread rolls (8");
1/4 cGreen onion; sliced
1 lbThin roast beef slices

Dijon Cheesesteak Sandwiches Preparation

Combine Velveeta cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Saute onions in margarine. Add meat, mix lightly until thoroughly heated.
